What are some of your favorite Fantasy novels?

I enjoyed the Game of Thrones books back when there'd only been 4-5; I need to catch up. I love the Enchanted Forest Chronicles. LotR, Hobbit, etc of course. Wheel of Time was good. Dragonlord books were fresh. I really liked this one series as a kid about a group of kids who each had a magic talent pertaining to an element. Redwall books are fantastic. Never could remember all the good ones.
